Yawo is a dancer and DJ based in Seattle, WA. His journey in the world of Kizomba started off as a dancer. He enjoys various styles including but not limited to Semba, Kizomba, UrbanKiz, Tarraxo, Kompa… His addiction to the dance got him to start DJing. His ability to blend various genres in his set is easily noticeable. Yawo is constantly on the hunt for new music and technics. His growth is influenced by his diverse dance background, his training with DJ Cassanova, and the mentorship from the awesome Seattle Kizomba Community.
